Answers are missing or delayed
Check the conversation, internet connection, available minutes and visible warnings.
First check listening
Check the mode control. Scribe keeps the transcript without starting new research. Choose Assist on the right to use Scribe + Assist in the same conversation. If Assist minutes are unavailable, the control explains why; check Billing for more minutes. Learn about the modes.
Make sure the session is listening rather than paused or ended, and that its transcript contains the relevant speech. If words are missing, start with Fix missing audio.
lisnio does not show an answer for every sentence. It can wait for more context, recognize something already answered or find that no useful research is needed. Research can also take time.
Check access and the network
Review the warning in lisnio and your internet connection. Open Settings → Billing to check whether listening minutes remain. If Assist minutes are unavailable but Scribe minutes remain, the transcript continues without new research.
Use the retry or resume action offered by the warning once the underlying problem is fixed. Repeatedly restarting a session will not repair a missing account connection or unavailable service.
Find the answer window
Use Show floating UI in the menu bar if the floating view is hidden. If only the small logo is visible, click it to restore Floating. Expand a collapsed question with its disclosure arrow to read the answer. You can also open the current session’s Answers view. Hiding or minimizing the UI does not stop capture or remove saved answers.
If it continues
Contact support with the app version, visible error and approximate time. Do not send the private conversation or detailed diagnostics unless you have reviewed what they contain and agreed how to share them.
