Refund policy

Effective October 24, 2026. This policy covers lisnio subscriptions and extra minutes provided by iPranay Inc. Paddle is our merchant of record and authorized reseller for purchases.

Requesting a refund

Contact lisnio@ipranay.com with your account email, receipt or transaction number, and the reason for your request. Do not send your full card number. You can also request a refund through Paddle’s buyer support or the support link in your receipt.

Eligibility

Paddle’s refund policy and buyer terms govern purchase refunds. Submit discretionary refund requests within 14 days of the transaction. Paddle reviews these requests individually; a request within that period does not guarantee approval. Mandatory withdrawal rights, remedies for defective products and any longer period required by applicable law remain available. Using or downloading a digital product can affect a withdrawal right where you expressly agreed to immediate delivery and the relevant waiver at checkout.

If a persistent technical problem prevents lisnio from working as described, contact us so we can help resolve it. If the issue remains unresolved, contact Paddle with the details and our response. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.

Refund timing and minutes

Paddle processes approved refunds to the original payment method where possible, normally within 14 days of approval. Your bank may need more time to display the credit. The amount refunded cannot exceed the amount paid for the relevant purchase.

An approved refund or payment reversal removes the corresponding unused allowance. A partial refund removes the corresponding portion. For separate Scribe and Assist allowances, only the minutes from that purchase are affected; the other mode and unrelated purchases are not used to cover it. Past listening remains in your usage history. A refund does not delete local conversation files.

Canceling a subscription

In lisnio, open Settings → Billing → Manage billing, or use the subscription link in your Paddle receipt. Cancellation stops future renewals at the end of the current billing period. It does not automatically refund an earlier payment. Monthly minutes remain available until their expiry, and extra minutes do not expire. Pausing listening or uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription.

Deleting your lisnio account cancels immediately, disconnects all devices and forfeits unused minutes. Request any refund separately before deletion if you need help finding your transaction. See the terms of service for the full account and billing rules.
