Manage connected Macs

Review account access

Open Settings → Account to see the Macs connected to your account. Device names help you recognize them; the current Mac is identified in the list.

Sign out this Mac

Choose Sign out for the Mac you are using and review the confirmation. This removes its saved account connection. Sign in again with email when you want to reconnect.

Signing out does not cancel the subscription or delete local recordings. The plan belongs to the account, while conversations remain in the workspace on the Mac.

Disconnect another Mac

Choose Disconnect beside the old or unrecognized device. Confirm the device named in the dialog. That device loses account access and needs to sign in again before using the account’s service.

If you still need access on a replacement Mac, sign in with the same email there. Do not share another Mac’s private connection code.

Remove the entire account

Use Delete your account only when you intend to disconnect every Mac, cancel the subscription immediately and give up unused minutes.
