Cancel your subscription

Stop the next renewal while keeping access through the current paid period.

Cancel through Paddle

  1. Open Billing. Go to Settings → Billing in lisnio.

  2. Choose Manage billing. This opens the Paddle customer portal for your subscription.

  3. Complete cancellation. Follow the portal’s cancellation steps and review its confirmation and end date. Return to lisnio and refresh Billing if its status has not updated.

What remains available

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Monthly minutes remain usable until their displayed expiry. Purchased extra minutes remain available.

Your connected account and local conversations are not deleted by canceling. Ending a listening session, signing out or uninstalling the app does not cancel renewals.

Delete the account instead

Account deletion is immediate: it disconnects every Mac, cancels the subscription immediately and forfeits unused minutes. Use that only when you intend to remove the account.

Billing questions

If the portal is unavailable or cancellation is unclear, contact support with your account email and the approximate time of the issue. Do not send payment card details or private codes.
