Upgrade or downgrade your plan
Review the charge, start date and minutes before confirming a plan change.
Open the plan chooser
In Settings → Billing, choose Change plan. Pick the plan you want, then review the preview before confirming. The preview explains when the change takes effect, any charge, and the Scribe and Assist minutes included.
Upgrade now
An upgrade takes effect after payment confirmation. The charge is prorated for the remaining billing period, and any extra Scribe and Assist minutes are prorated separately for that same remaining time.
A declined upgrade leaves the existing paid plan and allowance in place. If payment completes but the app has not updated, refresh Billing before trying another purchase.
Downgrade at renewal
A downgrade, or a change that reduces either mode’s allowance, is scheduled for the next renewal. You retain the current paid plan and its remaining allowance until the period ends. Scheduling a downgrade does not remove already paid minutes immediately.
Undo a scheduled downgrade
Choose Keep current plan and review its confirmation. You can restore the already paid plan without paying twice until one hour before renewal. Plan changes reopen after renewal.
Do not confuse a downgrade with cancellation. A lower plan still renews; cancel the subscription if you want renewals to stop.
The terms describe plan changes and their limits.
