Remove and restore conversations
Use Trash for recoverable removal, then delete permanently when you are ready.
Move a conversation to Trash
Open the recording’s menu and choose Move to Trash…. Review the confirmation. This moves the conversation’s audio, transcript, answers and notes out of the normal library into Recently deleted in the same workspace.
End an active session before removing it.
Restore it
Open Settings → Workspace → Recently deleted. Choose Restore for the conversation you want back. Restored conversations return to the workspace’s library.
Delete permanently
In Recently deleted, choose Delete and review the confirmation. This removes that conversation’s saved files from the current workspace. It cannot be undone through lisnio’s normal restore control.
Backups and exported files retain their own copies. Remove those separately if you also want them gone. Account deletion is a different action and does not erase conversations on your Mac.
Local removal does not erase the session’s account record in Settings → Usage. Its listening time, minutes used in each mode and last synced title remain. An offline rename already queued on this Mac can still sync after the recording is deleted. See Session usage.
Hide instead of delete
If you only want a quieter library, use Hide from library in the recording’s menu. Its files remain available in the hidden-recordings view.
See Workspace and backups before making irreversible changes to saved material.
