Install lisnio

Requirements, your free trial and getting the app onto your Mac.

Before you install

lisnio requires macOS 26 or later and runs on Apple silicon and Intel Macs. Use Download for Mac above to get the verified installer. Sign in with email in the app to start your free trial. No card needed.

“Preview” means an early version of lisnio. It does not mean Apple’s Preview app, and opening the Help website does not install lisnio.

Install the app

  1. Open your installer. Open the downloaded disk image.

  2. Move lisnio to Applications. Drag the app into your Applications folder, then eject the disk image.

  3. Open lisnio. Launch the copy in Applications. Complete setup and review audio access when macOS asks.

Keep only one copy of lisnio running. The app keeps conversations in a separate workspace folder, rather than inside the application.

Next step

Start your first session to connect your account, choose audio sources and begin listening. If you are replacing an existing build, follow Install an update.
